RETURN POLICY
PRESCRIPTION CORRECTION – Can be done. But product once sold along with prescription wherein prescription is as per what was sent to us – NO RETURN.
DAMAGE within 24 hours to be reported along with proof images.
RETURN POLICY:
You can return / exchange any product that you are not satisfied with for any reason; within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. On the My Orders, page click on create return and select the order you want to return along with the reason for the return and click on the Confirm Return button. A return / exchange request shall be generated and shared with You upon registration of Your request.
2. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation such as invoice copy, accessories and inserts received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
3. We only accept returns on items purchased from our website macv.in.
4. Write the address of the company outside of the package covering any previous address label, company address is mention on the invoice. Please ship the product(s) to the below address:
CONDITION AND REPLACEMENTS
- Any Products that are sought to be returned / exchanged, must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, with all the accompanying packaging and accessories. Further, a copy of the invoice will have to be sent to Quiosco Retail India Private Limited along with the Product sought to be returned. Quiosco Retail India Private Limited (QRI) can refuse to accept the Products for return / exchange, if the aforesaid conditions are not satisfied and / or if the Products are found to have been damaged and not in the original condition.
- Where request for return of any Product is accepted by QRI, then, QRI shall refund the value of such Product as originally paid by You in such manner as it deems fit at its sole discretion. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 7-10 business days of receipt.
- Where request for exchange of any Product is accepted by QRI, then, QRI shall arrange for replacement of said Product with the same Product or an equivalent Product to the buyer when the original product has been received and processed at our warehouse
- In case you have added prescription and blue block cost – non returnable unless prescription/blue block is not as per specification
- only product cost returnable if non customised.
- In case any offer was applied due to sale of more than 1 product – the discount offered would not be considered during refund. The other product would be deemed to be bought at full price and only balance would be returned.
